A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
With more than 20 years and in-depth experience in digital marketing and communication, my core competencies are to create digital transformations focusing on user behaviour, data tracking and digital platforms, why I am also a thought leader in the field of digitalization.
Especially taking B2B companies through a process, implementing automation systems, communication- and workflows that ensure nudging and nurturing the potential customers over a long period of time is my expertise.
I simply love customer journeys. Finding out how best to serve a customer through the right channels, relevant content and building trustworthy relationships.
I work in the sphere between sales, digital, marketing and IT. Evaluating best platform solutions, communication and customer needs.
Looking at systems I have worked with a variety of systems whether that being CRM, CMS, or automation systems. Recently I have worked extendedly with HubSpot and SalesForce.
During my career, I have had the pleasure of working with some of Scandinavia’s largest companies where digital dialogue and transformation were my main objectives. These companies include Novo Nordisk, Lundbeck, Oticon, Nycomed, NNIT, Montana, Fritz Hansen, Nykredit, Carl Hansen, Svendborg Brakes, and MCH Messecenter Herning etc.
