How do we store your data?
The customer data we collect is transferred to and stored by HubSpot Inc. and Google. We endeavour to protect your data by storing it on secure servers and by using technical and organisational security measures to safeguard your personal data and to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards we use include firewalls and data encryption.
All employees of Affiinity can access these databases to efficiently perform our marketing & communication services in cases where we received your consent for such communication.
Affiinity will keep your data for 2 years counting from your latest interaction with our website or other digital content. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by erasing your entire profile from our database. -
With whom to we share your data?
In order for Affiinity to target our communications to you in the best possible way, we use your personal data for marketing. This means that Affiinity processes information about you for the purpose of providing information about our products and services and products and services of our business partners. In order to provide this service, we only process ordinary personal data including information about your interactions with our digital content together with information such as your name, position, email, telephone and where you are employed.
